Create Quote Pop-Up Fields and Buttons

When you begin to create a quote, the Create Quote pop-up prompts you to choose the client and project to which the new quote is related.

Every quote must exist within a folder that is called a project. This makes it easier to group and manage quotes. When you start to create a quote, the Create Quote pop-up immediately overlays the New Quote page to prompt you to choose the client and the project within which the quote belongs. After you provide the required information on the Create Quote pop-up and click Next, the pop-up closes, and you return to the underlying page, whose title then changes to Add/Edit Quote. You provide the remaining information about the quote on that page.

Field Description
Client Enter the client's name or choose it from the drop-down.
Projects Click the appropriate project name from the list that appears after you provide the client name.
Add New Project Click this button to add a project if needed.
Click to save this information and access the Add/Edit Quote page to continue creating the quote.
